The hennessey venom is a beast. I just watched the video by “Drive” on youtube where they tested this thing and the guy literally wet his pants. John Hennessey is a pioneer but ONE MILLION for the car???

I read your article with interest owning guns since I was seven, but I have to say never in that time
have I killed a rabbit, I got involved with a bad infuence at school and he influenced me to kill a couple
of starlings, looking back I wish I never had, but to the point, I have spent most of my years shooting
targets, I got to the stage where I could put out candles at 35 yards without hitting the candles that was
with the old BSA spring guns, times have moved on and so have I, I have a PCB with german sight
this will hit postage stamps at a 100ft, I have to say modern guns have become clinical when zeroed
it would be difficult for even an idiot to miss with a properly set up PCB with a mill dot scope and a couple of day’s practice, but there is one point I make about what you say about the cost of guns, in truth this has little to do with power, I have bought german guns like the HW80 that are a lot more powerfull than P.C.’s and some P.C.’s can be a lot more powerfull than others, but in saying that at close range any air gun can kill, even humans if hit in a vital area, do not they are toy’s to be played
with, they are indeed real guns albeit air powered, but the point I make is, tonight I was looking on various sites, and the arguments go on about hunting and what power to use in the uk, being releastic
12 pounds feet is not really powerfull enough for hunting, I know pest controllers use it for very close up
hunting, but my view is beyond 30 yards it’s pretty pathetic and the power drops quickly, the best airgun
for hunting would be an FAC at 18 to 22 p.f. these are a much better option, the current uk limit is a little
to low and should be changed in three stages depending on age, ie up to 6 until 16, 16 to 21, 12, and
over 21, 18 to 20, but giving more consideration, for hunting surely it would make better sense to buy a rimfire or shotgun and be a lot cheaper that an longrun,, personallly I think that would be a better option,
until we get some sensible laws, which I doubt will ever happen, but it would of course eliminate this on-
going argument about airguns and hunting. Hope you don’t mind my comments I do know what I am
talking about, I have fired rimfire as well as shotgun and seen what 20 p ft airguns can do.
